The MRP-L 11.5" Quadwar Upper is a modified 13.25 Quadrail upper. We will take a factory new 13.25" quad upper and shortened to the same 11.5" length as Specwar upper.
We will clean up the cut end with a light chamber and apply Alum-a-black to the bare aluminum.
