If it's preferred that we handle your URX install for you, all you have to do is supply us with all the parts and we would be happy to do the assembly for you.
You will need to supply:
upper
rail
barrel nut
gas tube
gas block
(optional) muzzle device w/ shims/crush washer
*Please note that if you choose to have us trim your rail for a flush fit, the mating surface between your rail and upper with be a bare aluminum surface*
Compatibility
Please note that while these are some general guidelines, these are known compatibility issues
URX II Rail PN 23375 -
- Will not work with typical DI Mid-length gas systems. Even the smallest of gas blocks and flip up front sight interfere with each other.
- Will not work with KAC 14.5" or 16" SR15 Mod 2 gas system.

URX4 install is notoriously difficult, apparently not for Dave!
The lock up on this URX4 install is the best I’ve ever seen outside of using a KAC receiver. Dave got my rail so tight to the receiver, I couldn’t be happier! These guys are THE experts! Your build is in good hands here!

Keymod to MLOK
Fantastic work is all I can say. I had a KAC Mod 2 14.5" with a Keymod rail that needed to be swapped for MLOK. It had a KAC MAMS that another "Gunsmith" pinned and welded . Let's just say it was messy at best. d.wilson was able to remove the messy pin and weld, swap rails, and repin, leaving a beautiful dot of weld. Couldn't ask for better work.

URX 3.1 Install
Absolutely excellent work on my URX 3.1/ upper assembly! Alignment of everything was dead nuts. Highly recommend any of D Wilson's services!
